COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Union Signal PF-256 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Douglas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the CG914A3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WRS2224 manufactured by Douglas and we are pleased to be able to service most Douglas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4410109NOUI by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electromatic Brand 171156220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlo-Gavazzi such as REC2R48A30GKE equipment made by Carlo-Gavazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Gavazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Gavazzi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM115220 made by Electromatic as well as the popular B479907D26MR40A original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3P9301 by Cutler-Hammer and REC2R48A30GKE spares by Carlo-Gavazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
